The pages here describe the services we offer and show photographs of work we have built. The content is provided for general information. It is not a quote, an offer, a design specification, or engineering advice for your particular property.
Estimates and quotes
Sending the estimate request form does not create a contract and does not reserve a place in our schedule. Any price we discuss before we have visited your property is provisional. Hardscaping prices depend on grade, access, soil conditions, drainage and materials, all of which have to be seen. A binding price only exists once we have provided a written estimate and you have accepted it.
Photographs and content
The project photographs on this site are of work built by Hardscape Solution LLC. They are our property, along with the text, layout and design of this site, and may not be copied, reproduced or republished without our written permission.
Photographs show completed projects on particular properties. Materials, plant growth and site conditions vary, so a photograph is an illustration of our work rather than a promise of an identical result on your property.
Accuracy
We try to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or omissions, and information may change without notice. Where anything on this site conflicts with your written estimate or contract, the written estimate or contract governs.
Permits, HOAs and local requirements
Requirements for permits, wall heights, setbacks and homeowner association approvals vary between the municipalities we work in and change over time. Nothing on this site should be relied on as a statement of what your specific property requires; we will confirm the position for your project directly with you.
