Services

Everything we build, and how it fits together

Nine services under one roof, because the good version of a backyard is usually four of them at once — done in the right order by the same crew.

Charcoal paver walkway running the length of a house to a segmental block retaining wall that holds back a freshly graded slope of red clay.

How a project runs

Four steps, and no surprises in the middle

The order matters more than anything else on this page. Drainage and grade are decided before a single paver is cut, because fixing them afterward means taking the patio back up.

  1. 1. We come and look

Someone comes out, walks the space, takes measurements and asks how you actually use the yard. Grade, access and what is already in the ground decide most of the job, and none of that can be assessed from a phone call.

  2. 2. You get a plan and a price

A layout, materials and a schedule you can hold us to. Where the layout is genuinely open, we can produce a 3D design so you are approving something you can see rather than something you are imagining.

  3. 3. We build it in the right order

Drainage and grade first, then base, then structure, then surface, then planting. Doing it in that order is why the finished job stays right — and why one contractor doing all of it beats four trades taking turns.

  4. 4. We clean up and walk it with you

The site is cleared, the joints are swept and compacted, and we walk the finished work with you before we leave. If something is not right, we would much rather hear it standing in your yard.

Next step

Not sure which of these your yard needs?

That is a normal place to start. Describe the problem — the water that sits, the slope you cannot mow, the patio that is too small — and we will tell you what it actually takes to fix it.
